The SubWet 2.0 software program is used in the design of wetlands to treat waste water and improve water quality. Dr. Wootton, recently added cold climate simulation models to the software program. Wootton is the Senior Scientist and Director of the Centre for Alternative Wastewater Treatment at Fleming College in Lindsay, Ontario. “Fleming’s participation in the
