The CAWT is an internationally recognized water and wastewater research institute, located at Fleming College’s Frost Campus. We provide applied research and technology development services to the private sector, government and non-governmental agencies, and universities.

The CAWT is a unique centre with advanced infrastructure and on-site facilities designed to host a range of water and wastewater projects.
When our doors opened 2004, the CAWT was known as the Centre for Alternative Wastewater Treatment.
Now known as the Centre for Advancement of Water and Wastewater Technologies (CAWT), our areas of expertise include:
